Steve Shanley is an Associate on the Investment Operations team at Lane42, based in the New York Office. He Joined the firm in February 2026.

Previously, Mr. Shanley was an Associate at KKR & Co., where he worked on U.S. private credit direct lending transactions from allocation through closing and funding, and prior to that supported liquidity management and closings for CLO vehicles. He began his career as an Operations Analyst at Morgan Stanley, where he served as a Primary Trade Closer within the Global Loan Services department.

Mr. Shanley holds a B.B.A. in Finance, magna cum laude, from the Brown School of Business at Stevenson University.
