Roy Lin is an Associate at Lane42, based in the New York office. He joined the firm in October 2025. 

Prior to Lane42, Mr. Lin was an Analyst at Garden Investments focusing on public equity investments. Prior thereto, Mr. Lin was an Associate in the Capital Solutions Group at Warburg Pincus, where he focused on investments across the capital structure. Earlier in his career, Mr. Lin was an Analyst in the Financial Institutions Group at J.P. Morgan. 

Mr. Lin holds a joint B.B.A. from Macaulay Honors College and Baruch College.
