Mimi Messawer is a Principal at Lane42, based in the New York office. She joined Lane42 in April 2026.

Prior to joining Lane42, Ms. Messawer was a Vice President at Vista Credit Partners, where she invested in software and technology businesses via liquid and private credit transactions and was actively involved in portfolio company management. Prior thereto, Ms. Messawer was an Analyst in the High Yield group at Barings, where she focused on high yield and leveraged loan opportunities in the industrials sector.

Ms. Messawer graduated from the University of Georgia with a B.B.A. in Finance.

She sits on the Board and is the Vice Chair of the Arch Bond Fund, part of the University of Georgia’s Student-Managed Investment Fund.
