KC Testwuide is a Principal at Lane42, based in the Santa Monica office. He joined Lane42 in July 2026.

Mr. Testwuide previously worked at Oaktree Capital Management as a Senior Vice President, most recently in the Global Opportunities group and earlier in the Real Estate group. While at Oaktree, he focused on opportunistic credit and equity investments across commercial real estate, homebuilding, land development, and specialty and mortgage finance. Mr. Testwuide also served on the boards of several Oaktree portfolio companies, including MSR Asset Vehicle, which was originally formed in partnership with Onity Group (NYSE: ONIT). Prior thereto, he was an Analyst in Citigroup's Real Estate & Lodging Investment Banking group.

Mr. Testwuide graduated summa cum laude from Boston College with a B.S. in Finance and Economics.
