Harrison Aronoff is an Associate at Lane42, based in the New York office. He joined Lane42 in June 2025.

Mr. Aronoff previously worked at Moelis & Company as an Associate, where he advised companies and creditors on restructuring and recapitalization transactions with a focus on Chapter 11 reorganizations, exchange offers, consent solicitations and distressed financings.

Mr. Aronoff received an A.B. in Mathematics from Dartmouth College, magna cum laude.
