Previously, Mr. Fisher served as a Partner in Kirkland & Ellis LLP’s Los Angeles office for 20 years, where his practice focused on complex business transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, private equity, financings and restructurings.
Prior to Kirkland & Ellis, Mr. Fisher was a corporate lawyer at Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom LLP. Mr. Fisher has been recognized by Chambers USA: America’s Leading Lawyers for Business every year since 2014 in the area of Corporate/M&A: Private Equity.
Mr. Fisher received a B.A. in Political Science from University of California, San Diego, and a J.D. from Loyola Law School, Los Angeles.
