Cordell Gee is a Vice President of Finance and Accounting at Lane42, based in the Santa Monica office. He joined the firm in April 2026.

Previously, Mr. Gee was Chief Financial Officer at St. Cloud Capital, where he managed financing reporting, tax compliance, and investor relations for two Small Business Investment Companies.  He began his career in Public Accounting at KPMG/Rothstein Kass, serving in Tax for Hedge funds, Private Equity, and Real Estate. 

Mr. Gee received a B.S. in Psychobiology with an Accounting Minor from the University of California, Los Angeles and a Master of Business Administration from California Baptist University. He currently volunteers on the Supervisory Committee of America’s Christian Credit Union.
