Connor Arndell is an Associate at Lane42, based in the New York office. He joined Lane42 in August 2025.

Mr. Arndell previously worked at Cerberus Capital Management as a Senior Associate, where he supported investments in stressed and distressed credit and triple-net-lease real estate. Prior to Cerberus, Mr. Arndell was an investment banking analyst at Guggenheim Partners and Stephens, Inc., where he advised companies and creditors on a range of financing, restructuring, and liability management transactions.

Mr. Arndell graduated from Texas Tech University, where he earned B.B.A. degrees in Finance and Accounting, magna cum laude.
